Jacob's Cattle Beans are a great drying bean. It takes half the cook time of other similar size dried beans and they are great for baking. Before the seeds mature it makes a good snap bean. This plant is a prolific producer and is very easy to process once dried. 25+ seeds per pack.

Direct sow anytime from mid-spring to late summer. Soil warmth should be at least 21C. Sow seeds 2-5cm deep. Thin plants to ensure airflow. Pick beans frequently, the smaller they are the more tender. Leave to bulk up if using for dry beans.
